The Mental Health Risk Appraisal

you more in depth knowledge about an important dimension of your
overall health: your risk for anxiety and depressive disorders.

Thinking Skills Training
We offer training in the key skills of
Mindfulness,
Optimism,
and
Resilience
in a 12-week seminar that is designed to not only impart knowledge
but to train participants in building skills that are applied in
real life situations.
Information is not enough. There are many things that you know that
do not easily translate into action. We understand this problem and
have designed our training so that you will

- learn what it means to think in a healthier
manner,

- engage in a systematic practice to build your skills, and
- apply these skills in real life, at work and at home.
